This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Supervise the management of reporting, time, cost, risk, and scope.
• Facilitate all MEP project management activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Direct project management encompassing cost planning, consultant and contractor procurement, design management, construction oversight, completion, and handover.
• Ensure the delivery of shell and core as well as fit-out phases within the established programme, budget, and quality standards.
• Handle authority applications necessary for required utilities.
• Execute project controls, including reporting, risk assessment, cost tracking, and schedule management.
• Develop management tools for project oversight and encourage cost awareness.
• Monitor costs, programme adherence, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide monthly formal reports to the Employer, which include recommendations for progress claims and contractor payments.
• Keep weekly and occasional photographic records of project progress.
• Manage coordination and communication between the Employer, Design Consultants, Cost Management Consultant, and Main-Contractor teams.
• Create presentations and reports for the Employer and stakeholders for stage approvals and key milestones.
• Assist the Employer with information for potential customers.
• Carry out additional related tasks as assigned by management or the line manager.
• Comply with the Consultant’s established guidelines and practices throughout project planning, preparation, and execution.
• A degree in construction management, electrical/mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in workplace, high-technology, manufacturing, industrial, and project management related to major data center projects.
• Proven experience in coordinating MEP works.
• Familiarity with essential project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Capability to manage concurrent base building operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Primavera P6, or MS-Office, including MS-Project Management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting stringent deadlines.
• Demonstrated professional skills and/or knowledge in project management.
• Familiarity with applicable information technology and systems.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, either now or in the future.
