Senior Project Manager – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery process of ongoing digital retainers, website maintenance projects, and SEO/GEO content-driven initiatives.

• Act as the main operational liaison for client stakeholders, managing their expectations, deliverables, timelines, and daily communication.

• Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, content specialists, and digital strategists.

• Direct project planning, backlog prioritization, delivery coordination, and status meetings utilizing Agile or similar methodologies as needed.

• Track budgets, resource allocation, team capacity, and delivery performance.

• Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and delivery risks, proactively addressing potential bottlenecks.

• Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring that deliverables align with client requirements and quality standards.

• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and delivery transparency using project management and collaboration tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in managing digital projects within a digital agency, technology consultancy, or digital product delivery environment.

• Proven track record in managing client-facing websites, digital content, or similar digital delivery projects.

• Demonstrated capability to independently oversee project delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain accountability for project outcomes.

• Experience in budget tracking, resource/capacity planning, scope and change management, and delivery risk management.

• Strong skills in project planning, prioritization, and organization, with experience in managing multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Practical knowledge of Agile or similar project delivery methodologies.

• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent platforms.

• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience in managing client stakeholders and clearly communicating project status, risks, dependencies, and expectations.

• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary remote or hybrid teams and manage delivery expectations under tight deadlines.

• Located in LATAM.

• Required availability to work from 09:00 to 18:00 KSA time.

• Comfortable maintaining this schedule consistently, including early-morning starts in Latin America.

• Professional fluency in Arabic is a plus.

• PMP, CSM, Agile PM, or similar project management certification is a plus.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms and website delivery workflows is a plus.
