Senior Project Manager, Market Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee international quantitative and qualitative market research projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Manage clients, partners, healthcare professional samples, and consumer samples.

• Establish and test survey links and redirects.

• Prepare and dispatch samples.

• Conduct quality assurance and audits.

• Handle respondent inquiries and honoraria.

• Organize and lead project kickoff meetings.

• Ensure understanding of project specifications, client requirements, timelines, and responsibilities.

• Foster vendor relationships to ensure timely deliverables, effective communication, and issue resolution.

• Monitor productivity and the quality of data collection.

• Generate regular project status updates and progress reports.

• Track and manage project costs and study profitability.

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve issues and enhance research study performance.

• Work independently to support international teams outside typical US business hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in market research project management, preferably within the medical/healthcare sector.

• Self-driven with outstanding time management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

• Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate incidence rates, response rates, honoraria amounts, and profits.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Quick to learn new technologies and software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and punctually in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work during US Eastern Standard Time hours.
