Senior Project Manager, Market Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee international quantitative and qualitative market research initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Manage relationships with clients, partners, healthcare professional samples, and consumer samples.

• Establish and test survey links and redirects.

• Prepare and distribute sample materials.

• Conduct quality assurance and audit checks.

• Handle respondent inquiries and manage honorarium processes.

• Organize and lead project kickoff meetings.

• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely deliverables, effective communication, and problem resolution.

• Monitor productivity levels and the quality of data collection.

• Generate regular updates on project status and progress reports.

• Oversee study profitability and track project expenses to align with budgetary constraints.

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to address challenges and suggest performance enhancements.

• Work independently to support international teams outside of standard US business hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

• Minimum of 5+ years in market research project management, ideally within the medical/healthcare sector.

• Self-driven with excellent time management, organizational capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Quick problem-solving skills and proactive identification and resolution of potential issues.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

• Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate incidence rates, response rates, honoraria amounts, and profit margins.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Quick adaptability to new technologies and software applications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and punctually in a dynamic environment with shifting deadlines.
