Senior Project Manager – Licensed Site Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to kick off projects

• Formulate project teams and create initiation documents, schedules, statements of work, and cost estimates

• Ensure the availability of suitable technical resources and optimized project cost frameworks

• Oversee project execution and coordinate resources to avoid scheduling conflicts

• Address issues related to scope and changes in resources

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide consistent project updates

• Manage project expenses within budget while effectively communicating any budget adjustments

• Achieve or surpass targets for utilization, cost-off, accounts receivable, and gross profit

• Prepare timesheets, purchase orders, equipment reports, and expense reports in accordance with SOPs

• Design or oversee technical support for field investigations and assessments

• Supervise the installation and evaluation of remediation systems

• Conduct a final senior review of reports, letters, and work plans

• Mentor junior and technical staff

• Perform other assigned responsibilities


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to the environment

• Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional (LSP) certification is mandatory

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in environmental consulting or a relevant field

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent writing and documentation abilities

• Capability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and reports

• Valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle

• Physical ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

• Capability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds

• Adequate vision for both close and distance work

• Ability to successfully complete a company physical exam
