Senior Project Manager, ITSM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire delivery lifecycle for the Planview replacement program.

• Create and uphold integrated project plans that encompass timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource needs.

• Facilitate implementation activities involving Clarity, ConnectALL, Rally, and other related portfolio management solutions.

• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, issues, actions, assumptions, and key dependencies.

• Oversee executive governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and routine project status reporting.

• Coordinate delivery across various business and IT workstreams.

• Liaise with implementation partners, software vendors, and external resources.

• Lead workshops focused on future-state process design and assist in portfolio management transformation.

• Promote stakeholder engagement and plan for adoption.

• Assist in implementing hybrid funding and portfolio governance models.

• Ensure that delivery adheres to PMO governance standards and relevant audit requirements.

• Manage integrated change-control activities and support structured decision-making processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale enterprise software implementation projects.

• Hands-on experience with both Planview and Broadcom Clarity.

• Experience in supporting PMO, portfolio management, or work intake transformation efforts.

• Strong background in managing and communicating with executive-level stakeholders.

• Experience coordinating with implementation partners and software vendors.

• Proven track record in large-scale organizational change and business-process transformation initiatives.

• Capability to lead complex enterprise programs involving multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Experience with Planview-to-Clarity migration or similar transformation programs.

• Familiarity with Broadcom ValueOps Clarity, ConnectALL, Rally, ServiceNow PPM, Jira Align, or other enterprise PMO/PPM platforms.

• Proficient in delivering portfolio management and demand management solutions.

• Experience with hybrid funding models.

• Knowledge in enterprise PMO tools, portfolio management transformation, work intake transformation, process redesign, organizational change management, financial/funding-model transformation, executive stakeholder management, and enterprise reporting and analytics frameworks.

• A minimum of 10 years of Project/Program Management experience in leading complex enterprise initiatives.

• Strong grasp of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Experience working within established and mature PMO environments.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills at the executive level.

• Preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, SAFe Agilist, PMI-PgMP, PMI-PMOCP.

• Certifications in Clarity, Broadcom, Planview, or other Portfolio Management platforms are highly desirable.
