Project Manager, Field Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience through a combination of education and work history.

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, operations, field support, product readiness, analytics, communications, or cross-functional business roles.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse workforce.

• Competence in leading teams in a matrix structure and remotely (virtually).

• Strong capability to function as a team member.

• Demonstrated skills in decision making, analytical thinking, and problem solving.

• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proven ability to present complex information to various organizational tiers.

• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and product planning tools.

• Understanding of Project Management methodologies.

• A solid history of setting priorities and meeting deadlines.

• PMP certification, relevant project management training, or coursework towards project management certification is preferred.

• Experience in tax, financial services, retail, seasonal operations, field leadership, or consulting is preferred.

• Familiarity with compliance, governance, regulatory standards, or risk management practices is preferred.

• Experience with H&R Block Assisted Tax operations, field systems, product readiness, or field-facing support channels is preferred.

• Experience utilizing dashboards, operational metrics, feedback themes, or performance insights to inform project decisions is preferred.
