Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist in the comprehensive delivery of interior and base building/capital projects from their inception to closure and handover.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to validate requirements, facilitate timely decision-making, and ensure effective communication.

• Organize schedules, meetings, action logs, and essential deliverables.

• Monitor budget, schedule, and scope performance; recognize risks/issues and aid in mitigation strategies.

• Manage vendors and consultants, including A/E, GC, and specialty trades, providing remote oversight and onsite support when necessary.

• Facilitate procurement and project documentation, encompassing RFPs, bid evaluations, status reports, meeting notes, and change records.

• Assist with closeout processes, including punch lists, turnover documentation, and project completion reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.

• 3–5+ years of experience in supporting or managing commercial real estate, construction, workplace, or capital projects.

• Proficient understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change management.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities, particularly in a remote setting.

• Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

• Willingness to learn new project systems.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
