Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement detailed project plans that encompass timelines, milestones, and resource needs.

• Execute strategic methodologies for application implementations that align with client business goals.

• Monitor costs and schedules, utilizing analytical abilities to predict trends.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing consistent project updates.

• Lead diverse project teams consisting of functional leads, technical experts, and consultants.

• Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a culture of continuous improvement.

• Make independent decisions and recommendations while overseeing project management.

• Drive and lead organizational project changes.

• Supervise, inspire, and assess team performance, ensuring quality and timeliness.

• Establish and implement communication tools and processes to relay project status and KPIs.

• Relay project, contractual, customer, KPI, and status requirements to the project team.

• Address conflicts and issues within the project team and with customers.

• Collaborate across the organization, navigating different levels, functions, geographies, and cultures.

• Identify potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Tackle challenges and issues to ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

• Set up and enforce quality assurance protocols.

• Perform regular reviews and audits of project outcomes.

• Coordinate with consultants and vendors, ensuring integration and compliance with timelines.

• Manage relationships with external partners, holding them accountable for deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• A Master’s degree is advantageous.

• 15 years of experience in Project Management.

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager leading Global Business Transformation Projects.

• Extensive background in implementing Project-based ERP and/or Project Control systems.

• Profound understanding of various applications and their functionalities.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or a similar certification is mandatory.

• Proven expertise in utilizing Agile Project Management methodologies.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps, JIRA, and/or Confluence.

• Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to navigate complex organizational structures and cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
