📋 Description

• Oversee the expansion and advancement of the Technology Market Sector within BC's Private Sector Business Unit

• Establish goals, decision-making frameworks, timelines, budgets, and success metrics

• Collaborate to create comprehensive scopes of work and project timelines

• Develop and work together on project financial plans

• Track profitability through regular earned value assessments and compliance checks

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and assess client satisfaction

• Offer mentorship and support to junior team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, a minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience managing medium to large-scale projects

• Demonstrated expertise in project planning and management, encompassing budget, risk, contract, change, quality management, and safety oversight

• In-depth knowledge of quality and change management methodologies, tools, and processes

• Thorough understanding of contract management and client service dynamics

• Strong business insight and the ability to align project results with organizational objectives

• Excellent client relations skills and a client-oriented approach

• Strategic and open-minded thinker

• Capability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results for clients
