This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage complex, medium to large-scale projects and programs independently throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
• Implement new products and services related to the Release of Information.
• Oversee assigned projects in the Project Management Tracking Tool while ensuring accurate project records are maintained.
• Take accountability for projects and programs within the Client Impact portfolio.
• Lead significant, high-profile implementation projects from initiation through to stabilization and handoff.
• Coordinate programs that encompass multiple related projects and manage dependencies across various workstreams.
• Collaborate with business teams, IT departments, clients, external vendors, Operations, and fellow project managers.
• Employ project management methodologies to ensure the delivery of accurate, consistent, and high-quality results.
• Identify, document, manage, and resolve risks and issues related to projects and programs.
• Facilitate regular meetings and provide updates on project status, milestones, risks, decisions, changes, and timelines.
• Coordinate support after go-live, monitor stabilization, assist in issue resolution, and aid the transition to ongoing operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction, retention, self-sufficiency, and profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent relevant professional experience may be accepted.
• At least five years of experience in project or program management along with client-facing service delivery.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects or programs.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Experience with project or portfolio management platforms.
• Strong skills in process development, continuous improvement, and problem-solving.
• In-depth understanding of Health Information Management within acute care, ambulatory, and clinic environments.
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Capability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and drive projects to completion.
• Experience in developing and maintaining project roadmaps, schedules, and portfolio-level reporting.
• Strong skills in presentation, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead complex projects, coordinate cross-functional resources, and support effective decision-making and planning.
