
Senior Project Manager – High End Commercial Interiors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Oversee all facets of commercial real estate project management, encompassing planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Engage directly with clients to develop the scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules and milestones, quality control measures, and risk identification.
• Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process.
• Execute complex requests for proposals, carry out bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
• Facilitate the creation of project charters and integrated timelines.
• Ensure that functions stay on schedule and that issues are either resolved or escalated as necessary.
• Organize regular meetings to review the status of active and pending projects.
• Collaborate to formulate solutions and guide project teams throughout implementation and completion.
• Leverage advanced knowledge to create enhanced methods for achieving individual and departmental objectives.
• Mentor others and cultivate functional expertise.
• Exemplify leadership by modeling CBRE RISE values.
• Persuade senior stakeholders and encourage others to consider alternative perspectives.
• Contribute to the development of new products, processes, standards, and operational plans.
• Articulate complex and challenging ideas effectively.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Comply with applicable SOX control responsibilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, accompanied by 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• In the absence of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Preferred designations include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM.
• Experience in IT construction related to network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, audio-visual, security access and monitoring, and sound masking.
• General understanding of leases, contracts, and construction practices.
• Capability to read architectural drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in MS Project.
