Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services to designated markets or prestigious client accounts

• Oversee various healthcare projects from their inception to completion

• Manage the planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases

• Collaborate directly with clients to develop the scope of work, identify resource needs, prepare cost estimates and budgets, establish schedules, set milestones, ensure quality control, and pinpoint risks

• Define the necessary resources for project delivery

• Conduct complex requests for proposals and perform comprehensive bid evaluations

• Advise clients on resource recommendations

• Facilitate the creation of project charters and integrated timelines

• Ensure that all functions adhere to the schedule and address or escalate any arising issues

• Lead regular project status meetings

• Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams throughout implementation and completion

• Develop enhanced methods to achieve individual and departmental goals

• Mentor others and exemplify CBRE RISE values

• Influence senior stakeholders and manage diverse interests

• Contribute to the development of new products, processes, standards, and operational strategies

• Communicate complex ideas effectively and influence others

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred along with 8-10 years of applicable experience

• A combination of education and experience will be evaluated in lieu of a degree

• Creative mindset to devise methods that go beyond current solutions

• Capability to tackle unique challenges using both standard and innovative approaches

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Exceptional organizational abilities

• Advanced inquisitive mindset

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future

• Residency in California is required

• Willingness to travel up to 30%
