Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services to designated markets or prestigious client accounts

• Oversee multiple healthcare projects from inception to completion

• Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout

• Create project scope, resource needs, cost estimates, budgets, timelines, milestones, quality controls, and risk assessments

• Identify necessary project delivery resources

• Conduct requests for proposals and evaluate bids

• Recommend resources to clients

• Facilitate the creation of project charters and integrated timelines

• Ensure functions remain on schedule while resolving or escalating issues as needed

• Organize regular project status meetings

• Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through execution and finalization

• Develop enhanced strategies for achieving individual and departmental goals

• Mentor others and cultivate functional expertise

• Influence senior stakeholders and manage diverse interests

• Contribute to the development of new products, processes, standards, and operational strategies

• Articulate complex ideas effectively

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree

• 8-10 years of relevant experience

• A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree

• Innovative mindset to create methods that extend beyond current solutions

• Capability to address unique challenges using both standard and creative solutions

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Exceptional organizational skills along with a keen inquisitive mindset

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, both now and in the future

• Must reside in California

• Willingness to travel up to 30%
