Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services to designated markets or prominent client accounts

• Oversee numerous healthcare projects from their start to finish

• Supervise planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout

• Prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control measures, and risk assessments

• Determine project delivery resources through pre-qualified lists or project qualification methods

• Conduct requests for proposals, carry out bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients

• Facilitate the creation of project charters and integrated timelines

• Ensure that functions stay on schedule and address or escalate issues as necessary

• Lead regular project status meetings

• Collaborate on solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion

• Develop enhanced methods to achieve individual and departmental goals

• Mentor others and cultivate functional expertise

• Influence senior stakeholders and manage divergent interests

• Contribute to the development of new products, processes, standards, and operational plans

• Communicate complex ideas effectively to influence outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, accompanied by 8-10 years of relevant experience

• A combination of experience and education will be considered in place of a degree

• Innovative mindset to develop methods that go beyond current solutions

• Capacity to address unique problems using both standard and innovative solutions with a broad business impact

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Exceptional organizational skills coupled with an advanced inquisitive mindset

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future

• Must reside in California

• Willingness to travel up to 30%
