Senior Project Manager – General Medicine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct clinical trials, ensuring effective execution and achievement of project goals.

• Handle the daily management of clinical trial projects and associated activities.

• Create and implement project plans aimed at fulfilling project objectives.

• Lead interdisciplinary teams to carry out project initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to determine project needs and outline project scope.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.

• Propel the development of project documentation and reports for stakeholders.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices.

• Contribute to the organization's growth through effective project leadership and strategic planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience in project management, with a demonstrated history of successfully leading projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.

• High proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

• Experience in Obesity, GI, Hepatology, or Dermatology is strongly preferred.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven leadership skills, with experience in effectively managing and mentoring teams.

• Outstanding communication skills, with the capability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.

• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 25%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
