Senior Project Manager – Distribution Center Maintenance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.

📋 Description

• Oversee replacement initiatives for essential operational equipment.

• Maintain the integrity of facility systems.

• Design and execute material handling systems.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Prioritize capital investments throughout the distribution network.

• Manage financial aspects of capital projects.

• Deliver operational engineering support across the network.

• Develop budgets specific to various subjects.

• Monitor and control expenditures.

• Supervise compliance with company policies and procedures in collaboration with Facility Services and DC Operations Teams.

• Foster communication, accountability for performance, and effective management of employee relations.

• Encourage and uphold safety, security awareness, and compliance among all team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in a project management role.

• 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.

• Expertise in material handling systems.

• Knowledge of facility-related maintenance equipment and infrastructure.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong interpersonal abilities to engage with all organizational levels.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% for specific projects as necessary.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.

• Experience with Ariba, Service Channels, PO Issuing Platforms, Smart Sheets, and MS Projects is preferred.
