This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee annual net service revenue ranging from $5M to $8M.
• Supervise and manage the design execution of both internal project teams and subconsultant teams.
• Handle task orders or individual project agreements for multiple concurrent data center design projects.
• Achieve targeted revenue goals and established profit margins.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, staffing, quality, safety, and risk factors.
• Utilize earned value management to evaluate progress against established baselines.
• Identify and address delivery constraints at both the project and program levels.
• Ensure uniform execution across various projects and clients.
• Assist Design Managers and Strategy Site Managers in the effective delivery of projects.
• Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and page-turn reviews alongside the designated Design Manager.
• Direct both internal and external change management processes.
• Aid in managing client expectations and enhancing the overall client experience.
• Share information regarding sensitive topics and foster consensus among teams and departments.
• Travel as necessary for client meetings, site visits, and other project-related engagements.
• Secure AECOM Project Manager certification within one year of employment commencement.
• BA/BS degree coupled with 6 years of relevant experience or a proven equivalent in experience and/or education.
• At least 5 years of experience managing complex programs or significant projects.
• U.S. citizenship required for potential future government security clearance.
• Experience in supporting or leading proposal initiatives.
• Profound understanding of the Architecture/Engineering/Civil (A/E/C) project delivery process.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Strong business acumen and financial insight.
• Capacity to manage multiple concurrent priorities effectively.
• Direct experience in supporting financial reporting activities.
• Over 8 years of experience within the A/E/C industry.
• Familiarity with hyperscale clients is advantageous.
• Experience with federal clients is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• PMP certification is a plus.
