Senior Project Manager, Custom Antibodies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects related to high-throughput Antibody/IgG services.

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from the initial inquiry to the final delivery.

• Facilitate communication among Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and other relevant departments.

• Prepare quotes and Statements of Work.

• Supervise custom AI/ML Antibody projects from intake through to final delivery.

• Ensure seamless transitions between quoting, production, and Antibody data delivery.

• Collect antibody design specifications.

• Generate quotes and provide real-time status updates in the project tracker.

• Act as the main point of contact for project timelines, data quality, and technical updates.

• Address customer inquiries or direct them to the appropriate internal expert.

• Maintain precise records of quotes, ongoing orders, and shipments.

• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose scalable operational enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.

• 4–5 years of experience in the life sciences sector.

• Preferred technical background in AI/ML-based antibody engineering and/or antibody characterization.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira is advantageous.

• Over 3 years of experience leading scientific projects within a commercial environment.

• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines across various departments.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams without direct authority over those teams.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Capability to meet deadlines and uphold high standards under pressure.

• Proven track record of identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing practical, structured solutions.
