Senior Project Manager, CRT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols by leading training sessions and annual certification programs.

• Create and implement strategic project plans that align with the goals of the company.

• Provide both technical and organizational leadership for cross-functional teams overseeing the design, installation, and commissioning of energy solutions projects.

• Supervise project timelines, budgets, forecasts, and resource distribution.

• Act as the primary client contact for hyperscale and enterprise accounts.

• Mentor and cultivate talent in project management.

• Manage partnerships with third-party labor and ensure quality control on active job sites.

• Assess project financials, including profit and loss statements, cost-to-completion, and revenue forecasts.

• Authorize and implement change orders as necessary.

• Monitor delivery schedules for materials and address any logistical issues that arise.

• Provide comprehensive weekly updates on project performance, revenue, and expenses to senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.

• Over 7 years of project management experience, preferably in energy solutions, electrical contracting, power generation, or data center infrastructure.

• Proven experience managing large-scale projects involving low and medium voltage systems, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and utility interconnections.

• Outstanding organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple complex projects at once.

• A successful history of building and guiding high-performance teams in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.

• Experience in project financial management, including forecasting, cost modeling, and profit and loss oversight.

• PMP or a similar certification is preferred.

• Understanding of safety compliance and regulatory standards for utility-scale and behind-the-meter projects.

• Strong client-facing abilities, with a proven record of successful delivery for enterprise or hyperscale clients.

• Capability to meet physical demands such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when necessary.
