This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Plan, execute, and oversee both internal and external teams on various projects.
• Manage between 2 to 5 projects concurrently, with budgets ranging from $1 million to $20 million.
• Coordinate daily project activities effectively.
• Interact with sub-contractors, team members, clients, owners, and suppliers.
• Prepare the Schedule of Values (SOV) and Billing Schedule for both clients and the accounting department.
• Oversee the drafting, fabrication, and installation of fast-track mockups.
• Schedule and arrange meetings with clients and architects.
• Review and monitor project item costs in relation to the project budget.
• Conduct site visits with supervisors and installers before commencing on-site work.
• Maintain and oversee the submittal and transmittal log.
• Manage and schedule any punch-list work.
• Collaborate with the Sales Department for approval and pricing of change orders.
• Conduct weekly task reviews with subordinate team members.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction management.
• At least 3 years of experience in the metal and glass stair industry.
• A Bachelor's Degree or higher education qualification.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in scheduling software, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.
• A proven commitment to maintaining a high professional proactive work ethic and ethical standards.
• Capable of delegating responsibilities efficiently.
• Ability to manage multiple project management efforts simultaneously.
• Experience in designing or building feature staircases.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within six months of employment).
