Senior Project Manager, Commercial Lending

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects through effective initiation, planning, execution, and closure, ensuring delivery with quality, speed, and value.

• Take ownership of and drive successful execution of large-scale projects across multiple simultaneous initiatives.

• Lead project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects within the defined scope and budget.

• Provide comprehensive project management for complex projects and programs, encompassing scope definition, analysis, design, planning, execution, and implementation.

• Facilitate decisions based on tradeoffs and risks concerning project scope, schedule, and costs.

• Document organizational requirements for solution execution and implementation.

• Utilize lessons learned to enhance processes.

• Monitor project progress, adjust schedules as necessary, and deliver status updates to Senior and Executive Management.

• Raise issues when necessary and prepare data-driven recommendations for management actions.

• Mentor and coach junior PMO project managers and functional project leads.

• Enhance processes related to project, program, and portfolio management.

• Leverage project management software to plan, organize, and monitor project activities across all bank departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, finance, or a related field OR an Associate Degree/Two years of college plus two (2) years of relevant work/military experience OR four (4) years of relevant work/military experience.

• A minimum of five (5) years of formal project management experience.

• Current and active PMP Certification or the ability to obtain one within 18 months of the start date.

• Experience in Agile methodologies or serving as a Scrum Master within a team is advantageous.

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus.

• Previous experience in an Enterprise PMO is beneficial.

• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Planview PPM Pro, or MS Project is advantageous.

• A Master’s degree is a plus.
