Senior Project Manager, Client Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee annual budgets for cases or clients

• Advise clients on best practices for eDiscovery

• Determine optimal project paths that emphasize cost reduction, enhanced delivery speed, and the utilization of Lighthouse technologies

• Organize, track, and manage both internal and external project communications for team members

• Offer consultation on workflow processes

• Lead the development of operational standards

• Engage in daily tasks to support eDiscovery clients

• Address client inquiries and provide guidance on project scope, execution, and the delivery of compliant solutions

• Educate and mentor team members on workflows and eDiscovery best practices

• Generate work orders for clients pertaining to data processing, review, and production tasks

• Set expectations regarding scope and deadlines for both internal and external stakeholders

• Act as a resource for internal escalation

• Cultivate client relationships and ensure projects are completed successfully

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a Master's degree or JD is a plus

• Over 6 years of professional work experience

• Minimum of four years in e-Discovery project management

• At least 5 years of proven experience in a legal department, law firm, legal consulting firm, or eDiscovery service provider

• Experience with Relativity is essential

• Demonstrated expertise in eDiscovery

• Familiarity with, or the capability to rapidly learn, Lighthouse workflows, internal tools, and related documentation

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Strong project management skills for overseeing client relationships and guiding projects to completion

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting

• Adaptability and flexibility to manage a dynamic and expanding workload

• Proficiency in interpreting both written and oral instructions

• Ability to use a computer, communicate via telephone, and read printed materials

• Availability to be on call occasionally and work during evenings and weekends
