Senior Project Manager, Client Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of client or case annual budgets, advise clients on eDiscovery best practices, and determine optimal strategies for project completion, emphasizing cost reduction, improved delivery speed, and leveraging Lighthouse technologies to enhance client satisfaction.

• Organize, track, and manage communications among pod members, both internally and externally.

• Offer workflow guidance, contribute to the establishment of standards, and engage in daily operations related to delivering eDiscovery support to clients.

• Address client inquiries and provide consultative support to manage the scope, implementation, and overall delivery of solutions that align with industry best practices and Lighthouse Standards.

• Facilitate the training and development of team members on workflows and eDiscovery best practices.

• Begin client-related work by generating work orders for tasks linked to data processing, review, and production.

• Set clear expectations regarding scope and deadlines for both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master's or JD is advantageous) or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, including at least four years in e-Discovery project management.

• At least 5 years of successful experience within a law department, law firm, legal consulting firm, or eDiscovery provider.

• Proficiency in Relativity is essential.

• Strong eDiscovery competencies required to provide consultation and develop client and project solutions that enhance technology usage and workflows, leading to reduced overall client costs, improved speed, and higher quality deliverables.

• Familiarity with or the capability to swiftly gain an in-depth understanding of Lighthouse workflows, internal tools, and documentation necessary for acting as an internal escalation resource, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively relay information through written (emails and forms) and verbal methods to convey instructions, identify challenges, propose solutions, and manage conflicts among internal and external stakeholders.

• Project management expertise to successfully nurture client relationships and complete projects, thereby enhancing Lighthouse relationships to secure repeat business and increase clients’ total expenditures, while earning their trust as a consultant.

• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in response to a dynamic and expanding workload.

• Strong project management skills, including the capability to interpret a range of instructions provided in both written and oral formats.
