Senior Project Manager – Class Action, Remediation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +29 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary operational contact for clients, fostering robust relationships and ensuring that project requirements and expectations are clearly understood and fulfilled.

• Lead intricate Remediation and Class Action administration projects from the planning stage through to completion.

• Guarantee that deliverables are achieved on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards.

• Oversee project financial performance, which includes managing budgets, estimates, monthly revenue forecasts, invoice reviews, and financial targets.

• Advise Project Managers on forecasting, budgeting, and ensuring invoice precision.

• Coordinate resources across various functions, including sales representatives, data analysts, web developers, call center staff, disbursement specialists, claims analysts, and other operational teams.

• Track project advancement, pinpoint issues, develop contingency plans, and modify resources and priorities as necessary.

• Assign responsibilities and ensure that tasks and internal requests are completed accurately and punctually.

• Create internal communication strategies to keep teams and management updated on status, priorities, risks, and issues.

• Handle and resolve challenging or sensitive client situations effectively.

• Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and evaluate project personnel.

• Enhance the development of team members through coaching, training, and guidance.

• Support succession planning and the development of an internal talent pipeline.

• Optimize processes, controls, workflows, and procedures to boost efficiency, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with business and operational leaders to implement best practices and enhance service delivery.

• Utilize data and analytical methods to identify issues, assess performance, resolve problems, and aid business decisions.

• Work together with Client Services, Sales, and operational teams to uphold service standards and support goals related to revenue, efficiency, and profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in project management and client engagement, particularly with complex projects, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in eDiscovery with substantial hands-on experience using Relativity and/or RelativityOne.

• Bachelor's degree in management or a related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience, is preferred.

• Juris Doctor (JD), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or a similar advanced degree is preferred.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is preferred.

• Previous experience in banking or financial services is preferred.

• Proven track record in managing project budgets, forecasts, timelines, resources, deliverables, and client expectations.

• Strong leadership and people management abilities, including experience in coaching, developing, and supervising team members.

• Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

• Capable of managing multiple complex and shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the capacity to anticipate risks, evaluate alternatives, and formulate contingency plans.

• Effective delegation skills, ensuring that work is accomplished on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

• Strong technical skills and proficient computer knowledge.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including the capability to convey complex project information clearly to clients, project teams, and senior stakeholders.

• Ability to operate effectively with a high degree of independence, judgment, and accountability.
