Senior Project Manager – Civil Nuclear and Battery Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive oversight of intricate industrial and nuclear projects with investments ranging from €10 million to €500 million.

• Coordination and organization of multidisciplinary studies with appropriate technical experts.

• Management of construction initiatives with the assistance of a dedicated team.

• Liaising with clients and co-contractors in the context of a consortium or joint venture.

• Monitoring of schedules, costs, and performance goals.

• Ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

• Involvement in new construction, renovation, and decommissioning projects.

• Reporting directly to the Director of the Civil Nuclear and Battery Department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in engineering.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in multidisciplinary engineering within an industrial and/or nuclear context.

• Extensive knowledge of the key technical disciplines relevant to building construction: civil engineering, steel structures, process utilities, HVAC, high- and low-voltage electrical systems, mechanical engineering, materials handling and lifting, and industrial information systems.

• In-depth understanding of construction and building regulations applicable to the nuclear industry, including nuclear safety, radiation protection, and physical security.

• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations.

• Proficiency in English.

• A collaborative team-oriented approach.

• Skills in team management, project and contract oversight, partner relations, and client relationship management.

• Basic familiarity with CAD software.

• Competence in systems engineering, construction oversight, planning, and scheduling.
