This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the setup, planning, and execution of projects, which includes creating charters, roadmaps, integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and criteria for phase exits.
• Manage daily project delivery through ownership of tasks, management of timelines, tracking decisions, resolving issues, reporting progress, and escalating risks or obstacles.
• Organize ambiguous tasks by sequencing activities while overseeing scope, budget, and quality implications.
• Lead cross-functional teams involving business, technology, change management, vendors, program management, and executive stakeholders.
• Conduct project meetings, working sessions, steering committee discussions, milestone reviews, and decision-making forums.
• Provide clear, executive-ready communications that cover project health, progress, risks, decisions, next steps, adoption, business value, and operational readiness.
• Implement project management standards, lifecycle phases, governance forums, reporting expectations, and necessary project artifacts.
• Ensure adherence to delivery discipline across phases of feasibility, design, build, testing, deployment, closure, sustainment, milestone reviews, change control, and formal approvals.
• Identify deficiencies and propose enhancements to project delivery methodologies.
• Achieve success metrics related to scope, approved plans, risk management, timely decision-making, transparent communication, stakeholder confidence, up-to-date documentation, and improved standards and tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in project management, leading intricate cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Capability to independently manage projects, establish structure in uncertain situations, and advance work with minimal guidance.
• Experience in applying project governance, delivery lifecycle discipline, milestone reviews, change control, executive reporting, and standards for project artifacts.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Microsoft 365, or similar project management and collaboration tools is preferred.
• Strong skills in facilitation, stakeholder influence, conflict resolution, and executive communication.
• Knowledge of business transformation, ERP or enterprise systems, process optimization, operating model design, integration, or change management initiatives.
• Experience in supporting adoption, communications, training readiness, value realization, and transitioning to steady-state operations.
• Must have existing work authorization in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
