Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Act as a vital member of the PMO within the Product & Technology IT division.

• Oversee end-to-end projects involving various IT teams, non-IT departments, and external vendors.

• Manage initiatives that span from 1 to 24 months, adjusting plans for effective delivery.

• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including subject matter experts, corporate management, consulting services, trading, IT, and accounting.

• Collaborate on a daily basis with Product Managers, Program Managers, and Team Leads.

• Develop, visualize, and maintain project roadmaps.

• Take ownership of goal decomposition and project documentation.

• Structure workflows, communication channels, approval processes, checkpoints, and documentation standards.

• Identify and systematically manage key risks while overcoming delivery challenges.

• Facilitate workshops and working sessions.

• Provide project status updates to key stakeholders.

• Create and implement processes leveraging data from Jira, BI, and databases to support the PMO and the Tech & Product division.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 3 years as a Project Manager or in a comparable role.

• A strong technical foundation and comprehensive domain knowledge of financial products or fintech.

• Possession of a project management certification (e.g., Prince2 or PMP).

• Advanced skills in AI tools (Claude Code), JIRA, Excel, and Google Spreadsheets.

• A solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and various IT specializations (FE, BE, QA, BA, Arch, UX, UI, PO, SM, DevOps).

• Experience in agile product development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and cross-team collaboration.

• Highly developed interpersonal skills, including assertiveness, effective communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation.

• Process-oriented mindset, a high degree of independence, and the ability to rapidly understand complex domain knowledge.

• English language proficiency at a minimum C1 level.
