Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, mobilize, and oversee projects comprehensively from inception to completion.

• Develop precise project plans that take into account budgets, timelines, resources, and workflows.

• Draft and implement statements of work, scopes, cost assessments, tasks, schedules, budgets, and developmental strategies.

• Maintain project information in a clear, accessible, and accurate manner.

• Systematically track, organize, categorize, and deliver assets and materials efficiently and consistently.

• Utilize agency tools such as Workfront and related processes to enhance project planning, mobilization, and management.

• Maximize team availability through effective resource allocation.

• Organize key interactions including kick-off meetings, brainstorming sessions, and deliverable reviews.

• Ensure the teams and their outputs adhere to agency, client, advertising frameworks, best practices, and legal standards.

• Collaborate with finance, client services, operations, and legal teams to streamline project and client specifications.

• Analyze data and comprehend the wider organizational landscape and client requirements.

• Proactively address challenges and leverage insights from previous projects.

• Foster and nurture cross-departmental collaborations to propel work forward.

• Communicate clearly, transparently, and effectively with targeted audiences.

• Uphold quality standards and take responsibility for the work and final product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in project management, team coordination, and other related planning functions, ideally within the digital advertising or media sector.

• Strong time management skills.

• Proven experience in budget formulation and contract (SOW) development.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

• Practical experience in project management.

• Familiarity with project scoping.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Flexibility to adapt to varying situations and make proactive modifications.
