This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of intricate Liquidlogic implementation, migration, upgrade, and transformation initiatives.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for customer-related challenges.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and managerial support to Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance.
• Establish strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Assist customers during technology implementation and organizational change.
• Ensure projects are planned, governed, resourced, and delivered in alignment with customer expectations and contractual commitments.
• Review Statements of Work and assist in project mobilization.
• Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, revenue delivery, and overall project health.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and escalations until resolution.
• Aid in resource planning and capacity management across multiple concurrent projects.
• Collaborate with local authority stakeholders, delivery teams, technical experts, and senior leaders.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift rapidly.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams in complex delivery settings.
• Capability to influence, constructively challenge, and establish credibility with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in Local Government, Social Care, Education, Public Sector, or relevant technology environments.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale software implementation, transformation, or change projects.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities with senior leaders and operational teams.
• Demonstrable experience in managing project budgets, forecasts, commercial performance, and resource planning.
• Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, reporting, and delivery methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and collaborative mindset.
• Desirable: experience in delivering local authority case management platforms.
• Desirable: knowledge of Children's Services, Adult Social Care, or Education services.
• Desirable: formal project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, or equivalent.
