• Oversee work programmes within Delivery Operations and Strategy.

• Drive initiatives that are in harmony with technology strategy and operational excellence.

• Create frameworks that enable teams to deliver effectively and consistently.

• Comprehend intricate projects and business requirements that align with technology solutions.

• Collaborate across various domains to align teams towards specific objectives.

• Serve as a liaison between delivery teams and senior leadership by aligning priorities, resources, and expertise with organizational goals.

• Initiate, plan, govern, and execute complex cross-domain programmes.

• Define project objectives, success indicators, governance frameworks, milestones, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

• Manage risks, issues, competing priorities, dependencies, and project resources.

• Cultivate relationships with business stakeholders, technology leaders, sponsors, and delivery teams.

• Assist with demand intake, prioritization, and strategic planning.

• Enhance processes, governance practices, delivery frameworks, reporting, and portfolio management.

• Lead multiple projects through their planning, execution, governance, and delivery phases.

• Deliver significant projects that contribute to departmental and organizational goals.

• Provide support for prioritization, investment decisions, risk management, and strategic planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than seven years of experience working at the programme or portfolio level.

• Proven experience managing complex programmes of work.

• Background in supporting intricate, multi-portfolio programmes from inception to completion.

• Capacity to collaborate across cross-functional teams and various domains.

• Competence in aligning roadmaps, budgets, and resources with strategic priorities.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Extensive knowledge and experience with agile, Lean, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Familiarity with delivery tools and dashboards.

• Experience in risk management, governance, stakeholder management, demand intake, prioritization, and strategic planning.
