Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the full spectrum of project management for intricate, cross-functional initiatives.

• Create comprehensive project plans that encompass budgets, timelines, RACIs, and resource allocations.

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the duration of the project.

• Offer updates, address any issues, and ensure client satisfaction from the initiation to the conclusion of the project.

• Establish and manage projects within the project management system.

• Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timelines and resources are accurately represented.

• Identify, communicate, and mitigate potential project and financial risks.

• Ensure projects remain within budget and escalate any deviations as necessary.

• Facilitate internal project meetings, including phase kickoffs, status updates, and post-mortems.

• Collaborate with the sales team on project scoping, ensuring accurate definitions of requirements, timelines, and budgets.

• Enhance processes, boost efficiency, and foster innovation in project execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 1 year in a Senior PM position within a marketing agency.

• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Practical experience in project planning, task management, budgeting, resource allocation, and forecasting in an agency context.

• Proficient in project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms.

• Strong ability to analyze and interpret project and financial data.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Confidence in leading meetings across various teams and organizational levels, both in-person and remotely.

• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to independently prioritize tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
