Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee strategic operational, commercial, and digital projects.

• Establish project scope, objectives, business cases, plans, budgets, and success metrics.

• Manage milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision-making processes.

• Lead project governance, steering committees, executive briefings, and escalations.

• Coordinate efforts across Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Quality, Customer Service, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and IT.

• Execute operational projects focused on manufacturing enhancements, S&OP, supply chain optimization, inventory reduction, automation, and process standardization.

• Implement commercial projects related to CRM, customer experience, quote-to-order processes, pricing, sales effectiveness, forecasting, and go-to-market strategies.

• Integrate ERP, CRM, analytics, automation, and AI initiatives to achieve business goals.

• Guide change management, communication strategies, readiness, training coordination, and user adoption.

• Monitor schedules, budgets, benefits, productivity, service quality, customer satisfaction, revenue, and adoption metrics.

• Utilize PMO standards, support data-driven decision-making, and document lessons learned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of seven years of project or program management experience is required.

• Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.

• Preferred experience in Operations or Commercial management.

• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or change management certifications are preferred.

• Proficient in project planning, governance, risk management, financial oversight, and benefits realization.

• Strong cross-functional leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to translate strategy and business requirements into actionable plans and measurable results.

• Solid operational and commercial business understanding.

• Excellent prioritization, problem-solving, communication, and executive presentation abilities.

• Familiarity with project management, ERP, CRM, analytics, and collaboration tools.

• Capability to sit for prolonged durations.

• Willingness to travel by vehicle or air as required by business needs.

• Light physical work, including the ability to move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
