This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee intricate, high-stakes, or strategic customer implementation projects.
• Create thorough project management plans that include detailed work breakdown structures.
• Supervise project scope, timeline, and resources with minimal oversight.
• Establish and nurture robust client relationships at various organizational levels.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks through proactive management techniques.
• Direct cross-functional teams and synchronize activities across multiple workstreams.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior project management personnel.
• Steer project governance and ensure compliance with methodology and standards.
• Handle escalations and resolve complex issues effectively.
• Contribute to process enhancement initiatives and best practices.
• Facilitate the gathering of complex client requirements and align solutions accordingly.
• Ensure a seamless transition to support services upon project completion.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level project status reports.
• Transform workflows to prioritize AI integration by connecting tools, developing scalable automations, and standardizing best practices.
• Champion AI adoption by mentoring team members, pinpointing high-impact use cases, and balancing experimentation with governance and quality standards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–8 years of experience in project management.
• 3+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT is preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex implementation projects.
• PMP certification or an equivalent qualification is necessary.
• A demonstrated history of utilizing AI tools to enhance delivery efficiency and project results.
• Proven success in client-facing roles.
• Advanced skills in project management and leadership.
• Exceptional abilities in managing client relationships.
• Expertise in strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance delivery quality and minimize administrative burdens.
• Capability to model and actively encourage AI adoption among junior team members.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare integration concepts.
• Familiarity with change management techniques.
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
