Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee medium-sized projects/programs spanning 5–15 countries and/or full service.

• Manage large-scale projects/programs involving more than 15 countries and complete service.

• Ensure that project outcomes adhere to established quality criteria, schedules, and budgets.

• Lead and direct project teams effectively.

• Supervise smaller projects/programs that involve fewer than 5 countries and/or limited services.

• Serve as the main escalation point for customers, vendors, project teams, and other functional departments.

• Provide training, mentorship, and coaching to Regional Project Leads and Project Managers.

• Engage in feasibility studies.

• Assist in business development tasks, including proposal writing, client presentations, and bid defense meetings.

• Apply company-standard practices and adhere to departmental procedures.

• Advocate for delivery and service principles when interacting with PSI customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the clinical research industry.

• At least 4 years of global, project-level clinical project management experience.

• Proven ability to manage all phases of projects from initiation to closure.

• Experience in overseeing all functional services.

• Familiarity with vendor management.

• Demonstrated experience managing global projects.

• Preferred experience in gastroenterology.

• Experience in oncology and radiopharmaceuticals is an advantage.
