Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the comprehensive delivery of assigned client implementation programs from the initial kickoff to the go-live stage.

• Manage and uphold program status reporting, timelines, and the tracking of risks and issues.

• Ensure clear communication with both clients and internal stakeholders.

• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders involved in client programs.

• Represent Movemedical with the professionalism and rigor expected by clinical and medical device organizations.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services, Support, and Product teams.

• Develop a strong understanding of client-side technical and operational contexts, including inventory, supply chain, and clinical workflows.

• Proactively and assertively escalate risks and obstacles, both internally and to clients.

• Contribute to the enhancement of Movemedical’s overall project management processes and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a project manager within a medical device or clinical organization, overseeing large ERP/supply-chain implementations (e.g., SAP), or leading enterprise-level SaaS implementations in the Life Sciences or Healthcare IT domain.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementation programs from start to finish, with a focus on scoping, timelines, and risk tracking.

• Capability to adapt project management processes to a dynamic, less formal environment.

• Strong ability to stand firm and push back with clients or leadership when faced with ambiguity or pressure.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Sound judgment to discern when to escalate a risk and when it can be managed independently.

• Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

• Must currently reside in the United States.

• Industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• No direct responsibilities for people management at this time.
