Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate customer implementation projects from the planning phase through to successful execution.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, governance, quality, and customer communications.

• Coordinate delivery efforts across Functional Consulting, Technical Consulting, Digital Experience, Quality Assurance, Product, and Customer Success teams.

• Lead project governance meetings, steering committees, and provide executive updates.

• Mentor Project Managers and promote continuous improvement within Project & Program Management.

• Utilize AI to enhance project planning, governance, communication, and effectiveness of delivery.

• Contribute to the advancement of project management standards and customer delivery practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in software, SaaS, or Professional Services.

• Proven track record of successfully leading complex customer implementations.

• Strong skills in project governance, stakeholder management, and communication.

• Experience in mentoring Project Managers or leading delivery teams.

• Excellent organizational leadership and customer relationship capabilities.
