Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver proactive client service while overseeing the effective execution of global healthcare market research initiatives.

• Offer consultative guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Manage essential project metrics, including timelines and budget considerations.

• Create solutions that guarantee outstanding client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with account managers to enhance client relationships, comprehend client needs, and reinforce client trust.

• Provide daily, insightful updates to clients that showcase industry knowledge and expertise.

• Take ownership of project success during fieldwork and onboard vendors as necessary to meet deadlines and sample size requirements.

• Develop and implement sampling strategies that ensure timely delivery.

• Monitor internal profitability metrics to confirm overall project success.

• Work alongside account management and programming teams to execute client projects and proactively tackle challenges.

• Make decisions that benefit both clients and the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare market research.

• More than 3 years of experience in project management or client service roles with a proven history of delivering exceptional results.

• Strong knowledge of and experience in market research delivery and operations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that are impactful and effective.

• Results-driven, customer-focused mindset with keen attention to detail.

• Strong skills in follow-through, priority management, and multitasking.

• Ability to analyze, comprehend, and interpret data as it pertains to project delivery and performance.

• Capability to foster positive and strong relationships with clients and within the organization.

• Early-adopter mentality: eager to develop new tools, explore AI capabilities, and discover more efficient work methods.

• Financial literacy: proficient in reviewing project financials, monitoring expenditure against budget, and making cost-effective decisions.
