This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple simultaneous and often intricate projects in accordance with established scope and procedural guidelines.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders (including recruiting partners, hiring managers, interviewers, etc.) to align on processes and deliverables.

• Assist the team in the early identification of potential risks and escalate issues to ensure that risk mitigation strategies are developed before problems occur.

• Ensure regular engagement with Project Sponsors and stakeholders for input and consultation, communicating any arising risks and associated mitigation plans. Provide clear and timely reporting to all stakeholders.

• Proactively evaluate cross-project impacts, resources, and dependencies, conveying potential effects throughout the organization.

• Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and the creation of communication materials.

• Collaborate with team members to clarify project priorities.

• Monitor and evaluate project metrics, ensuring that essential insights are gathered, shared, and acted upon.

• Offer day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.

• Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and project status.

• Assist in refining Recruiting communications, such as content delivery strategies.

• Minimize surprises during execution and take ownership of project management and progress reporting.
