📋 Description

• Direct the execution of intricate, high-stakes client projects spanning multiple workstreams.

• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, quality, and the overall health of the programme.

• Serve as the main delivery contact for clients, cultivating trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Convert client goals into structured, quantifiable programmes.

• Develop governance frameworks, establish delivery schedules, manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and reporting mechanisms.

• Oversee account profit and loss, including budget forecasting, margin management, revenue recognition, and handling change requests.

• Lead and coordinate delivery teams distributed across the globe.

• Mentor and develop Project Managers and junior team members.

• Provide delivery insights for RFPs, proposals, and pitches.

• Identify opportunities to drive account growth.

• Leverage AI tools, dashboards, and project data to enhance reporting, delivery efficiency, and decision-making.

• Continuously refine delivery processes, tools, governance, and operational methodologies.
