Senior Project Manager

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee the complete project delivery by formulating and implementing project strategies, budgets, and timelines.

β€’ Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the design and construction stages.

β€’ Set project objectives and success metrics that align with the needs of JLL and the client.

β€’ Ensure open and transparent communication with clients, vendors, stakeholders, and internal collaborators.

β€’ Coordinate efforts related to due diligence.

β€’ Create detailed project budgets utilizing historical data and market insights.

β€’ Develop and uphold Master Project Schedules.

β€’ Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess project performance.

β€’ Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for vendor and contractor services.

β€’ Oversee the bidding processes and vendor selection.

β€’ Anticipate monthly project expenditures in line with the client's Capital Plan.

β€’ Conduct project meetings and coordination activities.

β€’ Assist clients and architectural teams in navigating the design process from initial concepts to final construction documents.

β€’ Supervise contractors throughout onboarding, construction, commissioning, punchlist completion, and project closeout.

β€’ Travel as needed within the Upstate NY region, estimated at 25%.

β€’ Flexibility to work from home while traveling across the Upstate NY region.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar capacity.

β€’ Ability to effectively communicate with clients and the team to achieve project objectives.

β€’ Strong understanding of architectural drawings.

β€’ Highly organized with excellent analytical abilities.

β€’ Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with executive-level external and internal clients as well as external team members.

β€’ Proficient in managing all elements of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, submittals, and change orders.

β€’ Experience in managing interior fitout and building infrastructure projects.

β€’ Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications and MS Project.

β€’ Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
