This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Successfully execute capital improvement projects
• Oversee daily programming, planning, design, construction, and project closeout activities
• Ensure project completion aligns with budget, timeline, and client goals, adhering to governance standards
• Act as a liaison among clients/users, consultants, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies
• Focus on the development of retail branches and prestigious flagship projects
• Establish project objectives, timelines, budgets, strategies, assumptions, and methodologies
• Set project goals and success metrics that meet both JLL and client requirements
• Foster client relationships and clarify project scope, deliverables, and performance expectations
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Create detailed project budgets utilizing historical data and market insights
• Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Guide clients and teams through design execution and construction documentation/signoff
• Develop and sustain master project schedules
• Prepare RFPs and oversee the selection of vendors and contractors
• Formulate procedures for project/service distribution, receipt, opening, leveling, and awards
• Facilitate project meetings and coordinate with internal staff, stakeholders, and external users
• Monitor performance against schedules, milestones, and critical path elements across multiple projects
• Ensure vendor and project team compliance with contracts, regulations, and client expectations
• Identify, manage, and mitigate liabilities and risks
• Enhance JLL’s best practices and standards of excellence
• Keep the Director of Project Management updated on project, internal, and client matters
• Maintain accounts receivable within planned working capital limits
• Execute other assigned responsibilities
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with ADA requirements and corporate real estate management or in the construction management sector
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to engage with executive-level external and internal clients
• High standard of customer service
• Ability to manage multiple clients, meet milestones, and create a favorable impression
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; proficiency in identifying and managing priorities
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
