Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of multiple simultaneous client projects, managing scope, timeline, budget, risks, and stakeholder engagement.

• Take charge of the most challenging and high-visibility initiatives within the portfolio.

• Act as a consultative partner to clients by foreseeing challenges, guiding decisions, and safeguarding outcomes.

• Establish and uphold delivery standards utilizing internal processes, tools, and artifacts like backlogs, schedules, status reports, and governance frameworks.

• Mentor and enhance the skills of other project managers and members of the delivery team.

• Serve as a subject matter expert and exemplify effective project management practices.

• Manage billable and utilization targets while effectively balancing multiple client engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of project management experience in professional services or consulting delivery.

• At least 6 years of experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements.

• An active Top Secret federal security clearance is required.

• Experience in supporting Department of War (DoW) clients or programs.

• Proven success in leading complex, high-risk, or high-visibility projects to successful conclusions.

• Strong understanding of traditional and agile delivery methods, including backlog management, iteration planning, and collaboration with product owners.

• Proficient in using Jira and Confluence.

• A proven history of adhering to and enforcing standard delivery processes.

• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or similar agile credentials are preferred.

• Preferred Atlassian accreditations, including Jira and Confluence.

• Relevant AI delivery or tooling accreditations are preferred.

• Must agree to participate in and successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
