Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of AI-driven programs that align with customer contracts and strategic objectives.

• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to establish problem statements, success metrics, and the scope of delivery.

• Convert high-level AI concepts into actionable plans with defined milestones, responsible parties, and dependencies.

• Facilitate execution across various cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, data science, security, and customer success.

• Develop and sustain project, release, and sprint plans; provide updates to both customers and internal leadership.

• Monitor execution using tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.

• Create and uphold consulting-grade delivery artifacts, including project charters, roadmaps, governance presentations, and executive summaries.

• Proactively identify and manage risks associated with data readiness, integration complexity, compliance, and change management.

• Prepare and disseminate weekly, monthly, and executive governance updates focusing on outcomes rather than activities.

• Oversee resource capacity, utilization, and delivery trade-offs across concurrent initiatives.

• Facilitate customer and internal working sessions; document decisions and ensure action items are completed.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data science, and infrastructure teams to eliminate execution roadblocks.

• Manage the transition from pilot or build phases to production deployment and ongoing support.

• Monitor and report on KPIs and OKRs related to delivery health, adoption, and value realization.

• Identify and eliminate organizational, process, and cultural barriers to effective delivery.

• Act as a trusted execution partner and advisor for customers and internal leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project or program management in healthcare, SaaS, or enterprise technology settings.

• Demonstrated ability to work with executive stakeholders and manage competing priorities.

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, requirements definition, or solution delivery.

• Experience in leading or supporting large-scale healthcare platform implementations (e.g., EHR, data platforms, or enterprise clinical systems), including complex integrations and multi-stakeholder collaborations.

• Strong capability to instill structure, clarity, and momentum in ambiguous problem domains.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Rally).

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills.

• A successful track record of managing client expectations and delivering measurable outcomes.

• At least 2 years of exposure to AI, machine learning, analytics, or data platform projects (hands-on modeling not essential).

• Experience with healthcare data and interoperability standards (CCDA, HL7, FHIR, etc.).

• Knowledge of IT automation, APIs, SQL, BI, or data integration processes.

• Experience managing government or regulated healthcare clients.

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
