Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate interactive and CGI-driven projects from initial scope definition to final delivery.

• Convert client objectives into timelines, resource allocations, review processes, dependencies, and delivery milestones.

• Identify obstacles such as missing product data, unresolved artistic direction, technical debt, ambiguous feedback, or vendor capacity constraints.

• Facilitate connections among client teams, CG artists, designers, developers, producers, vendors, and agencies.

• Ensure that stakeholders have a clear understanding of project scope, quality standards, outstanding decisions, and subsequent steps.

• Enhance delivery systems by standardizing the intake process, streamlining feedback loops, clarifying approval gates, improving Jira or project documentation, minimizing manual handoffs, and enhancing reporting capabilities.

• Recognize repeatable patterns in CGI, digital twin, and interactive delivery, transforming them into efficient workflows.

• Balance project scope, timing, budget, technical constraints, and visual aspirations.

• Ensure that final outputs align with the brief, meet product accuracy standards, fulfill interaction requirements, adhere to rendering quality expectations, and satisfy client usability needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of project management experience in digital, production, CGI, healthcare, consumer products, or interactive environments.

• Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams across design, 3D, development, production, QA, vendors, and client-side reviewers.

• Familiarity with traditional project management and Agile methodologies.

• Structured approach to documentation, planning, risk management, meeting notes, decision logs, project boards, and client reporting.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Capacity to clarify complex delivery scenarios.

• Experience with CGI, 3D production, digital twins, DAM/PIM/CMS integrations, healthcare content, regulated content review, or enterprise brand systems is advantageous.

• EU passport or valid permit/visa to work in the Netherlands is required for those wishing to work from the Amsterdam office.
