Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a significant, intricate project on a full-time basis or manage several mid-sized complex projects concurrently.

• Provide consultation on delivery strategies, frameworks, tools, and processes.

• Propel Agile and product delivery methodologies while addressing complex delivery challenges.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that encompass scope, constraints, risks, and dependencies.

• Oversee project budgets, weekly expenditures, velocity, burndown reports, project margins, and revenue predictions.

• Identify potential project risks, maintain RAID logs, formulate mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when necessary.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client delivery, communicating status updates and risks while managing deliverables.

• Regulate project scope, prioritize tasks, estimate, and execute change orders.

• Lead cross-functional teams of designers, strategists, and technologists distributed globally.

• Manage project resource allocation.

• Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing and maturing the delivery practice.

• Mentor junior program managers and team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in leading digital projects/programs.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an agency or consultancy setting; 5 years preferred.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Certifications in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP, are preferred.

• Familiarity with standard project management tools, including Smartsheet and Jira/Confluence or similar platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

• Proficiency with CMS, CRM, CDP, Sitecore, and Salesforce products.

• Experience in advising client stakeholders on best practices for digital programs.

• Capability to manage multiple complex digital projects at the same time.

• Experience in overseeing large, geographically dispersed teams.

• Expertise in defining contracts and managing programs in accordance with contractual terms.

• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.

• Strong financial understanding for estimating and maximizing project profitability.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in leadership, mentorship, coaching, conflict resolution, communication, presentation, influence, and persuasion skills.
