πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist with Epic Resolute Professional Billing and the operations of the healthcare revenue cycle.

β€’ Diagnose issues related to professional billing charges, pinpoint root causes, and facilitate prompt resolutions.

β€’ Aid in post-go-live stabilization endeavors, ensuring organizations achieve their anticipated operational and financial outcomes.

β€’ Evaluate revenue cycle workflows, system configurations, work queues, interfaces, and downstream effects that influence charge capture and billing.

β€’ Oversee various issues and workstreams, encompassing prioritization, ownership, escalation, risk monitoring, and executive status reporting.

β€’ Analyze operational and system data, recognize trends, and convert insights into actionable corrective plans.

β€’ Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders, including CFO and Revenue Cycle leadership.

β€’ Collaborate with teams in revenue cycle operations, finance, IT, Epic applications, and other internal and external partners.

β€’ Create executive-level status reports, dashboards, issue logs, and remediation strategies.

β€’ Address charging issues and enhance revenue cycle performance following an Epic go-live.

β€’ Navigate the complexities and rapidly evolving priorities of clients within a consulting framework.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in supporting Epic Resolute Professional Billing and healthcare revenue cycle operations.

β€’ Valid Epic Resolute PB certification.

β€’ Extensive experience in troubleshooting professional billing charge issues, determining root causes, and orchestrating timely resolutions.

β€’ Proven experience in supporting post-go-live stabilization efforts to help organizations revert to expected operational and financial performance.

β€’ Demonstrated capability to evaluate revenue cycle workflows, system configurations, work queues, interfaces, and downstream impacts affecting charge capture and billing.

β€’ Experience in managing multiple issues and workstreams, including prioritization, ownership, escalation, risk tracking, and executive status reporting.

β€’ Strong understanding of professional billing workflows, such as charge capture, claims processing, denials, payment posting, accounts receivable, and revenue reconciliation.

β€’ Ability to analyze operational and system data, identify trends, and articulate findings into concise corrective action plans.

β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of informing executive stakeholders, including CFO and Revenue Cycle leadership, about progress, risks, and recommendations.

β€’ Proficient in collaborating with revenue cycle operations, finance, IT, Epic application teams, and other internal and external stakeholders.

β€’ Experience serving as a project manager, team lead, or senior advisor during an Epic implementation or post-go-live stabilization phase.

β€’ Background in supporting complex healthcare organizations with multiple facilities, billing entities, or service lines.

β€’ Proven track record in resolving charging issues and enhancing revenue cycle performance post Epic go-live.

β€’ Experience in developing executive-level status reports, dashboards, issue logs, and remediation plans.

β€’ Strong knowledge of revenue cycle performance indicators, including charge lag, claim edits, denial trends, accounts receivable, and cash collections.

β€’ Experience in a consulting environment and adept at managing unclear or rapidly changing client priorities.

β€’ Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
