Creative Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee video editing projects from initiation to completion

• Monitor deadlines, revisions, and required deliverables

• Execute quality assurance on edited videos prior to final approval

• Assess pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, formatting, and overall quality

• Offer clear feedback for revisions to video editors

• Conduct introductory calls with potential clients

• Maintain organized communication and project workflows within the team

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Background in project management, creative operations, video production, or a related field

• Comfortable engaging with potential clients via phone calls

• Professional demeanor, self-assured, and capable of working independently

• Proficient in managing several active projects in a dynamic remote setting

• Preferred: Experience in agency work, performance marketing, video production, account management, or client-facing roles
