📋 Description

• Lead and oversee global projects, ensuring the successful execution and achievement of project objectives.

• Manage daily project and program activities, delivering results under tight timelines.

• Develop and implement project plans aimed at fulfilling project goals and objectives.

• Guide cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of project activities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project requirements and outline project scope.

• Mentor and support team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Drive the creation of project documentation and reports for stakeholders.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into project management strategies.

• Contribute to organizational growth through impactful project leadership and strategic planning.

• Provide oversight for vendors and CROs.

• Manage budgets effectively.

• Make executive decisions in collaboration with senior leadership teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related field.

• Extensive experience in global project management, with a proven history of successfully leading projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.

• Experience in oncology.

• Strong expertise in project management tools and methodologies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in effectively managing and mentoring teams.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to convey technical concepts to various audiences.

• Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).

• Must possess Pharma or CRO experience in a global context within a Global Project Manager role.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is located.
