• Oversee daily project and program management tasks

• Work in partnership with stakeholders to ascertain project requirements and delineate project scope

• Provide mentorship and support to team members, encouraging excellence and ongoing improvement

• Facilitate the creation of project documentation and reports for stakeholders

• Remain informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to apply best practices

• Contribute to the organization's growth through effective project leadership and strategic planning

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field

• Significant experience in project management, demonstrating a successful track record of leading projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors

• Strong expertise in project management tools and methodologies

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proven leadership skills, with experience in effectively managing and mentoring teams

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to varied audiences

• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 25%)
